I finished what I believe to be the final Quality Assurance Testing on a test payment button on a "secret" html page.  

Technical Flow Logic: 

For a Customer, the payment flow for Check Payments is instant (after Check clears).  (Zelle Payments can be accepted as well, but we will have to create a custom Invoice for that).

For a Customer, the payment flow for Paypal is instant.  

1) Fill out the Name, Email, Mobile Phone #, Domain1 (or / and Domain 2, and 3 - since the License Key will work for 1 up to 3 active installations).  

2) When they click the "Pay by Check" button, it will trigger the generation of the Software License Key and will be attached to the Domain - with the Customer Name, Mobile, and Email address).  

2.1) When they click the "Pay with Paypal" button, it will direct them to PayPal, a "Payment Window", after payment, it will trigger the generation of the Software License Key and will be attached to the Domain - with the Customer Name, Mobile, and Email address).  

3) They will be redirected to a Thank You page, which shows their Name, Email, Phone #, Software License Key, Expiration Date, and a note telling them to check their email.  

4) This is simultaneous, a ONE TIME email notifcation, that will be sent BOTH to the 

4.1) Customer

4.2) The CMSbyCW Software Admin (works like a Carbon Copy (CC) of what the Customer receives)

5) The Customer will click link in the email that directs to the download - verification page. 

5.1) They need to verify the Software License Key, and the domain name. (This is for security and also to prevent Copyright and Intellectual Property Fraud - CMSbyCW is a proprietary software). 

5.2) Once the Software License Key and domain/s are verified, they can see the Download Link to the CMSbyCW Software.

6) Paypal will also send them an Email for the Payment made to AGDTechnology.  

I thought I'd blog about this flow so that it is clear and also to set expectations to Clients, and also other Vendors. 

I was able to speak to Hank at Paypal Business, to clarify (and also to explain) this new product that we will be selling. 

I wanted the option for future customers to pay by installment, and Hank told me that that would be dependent on whether the Customer is "qualified" to have the "Pay by Credit, or Pay by Installments" in their own individual accounts.  So if they already have the Pay by Installment, it will just populate in their Payment Options when they click the "Pay with Paypal" button. 

So, that's clear.  :-)
