I created a Comment Box and tested it to automatically display on all blog posts.
After testing it ... I then thought about the "future users" of this CMS.
And how vulnerable these individual blog posts would be, if kept open indefinitely, to comment spam.
So, I then just opted for converting that comment box widget into a link to a Feedback Page instead.
So there will just be one page to monitor for ACTUAL feedback. :-)
It can be done, but the reality of spam bots and spam comments is REAL too, and I just want the users of CMSbyCW to not have to deal with that.
The Feedback Page is always open, and the security measure I put in there is ALL comments are not automatically displayed, but would have to be manually approved before the comment displays on the front end of the website.
I also created a Comment Moderation Panel in the Dashboard, so Admins can easily administrate and moderate. Approve or delete.
Keeping it simple.
